What got you into fashion and how long have you been at it? 

I’ve been into fashion my whole life, but I started my first brand back in 2017 then I stopped after a year. I just started a new brand called GOTHLEYCRUE. I started it back in September of 2024. I got big plans for the brand coming soon.

As a creative director, which genre deeply influenced you? 

As far as genre, I love the Goth and kink genre but now I’m leaning more towards the the goth/kink fashion and runway avenue.

Who are some of your favorite bands and artists?

I love drill music, I’m a huge metal head, I love Korean R&B and other genres. I don’t have a favorite band right now. 

How did you dive into the BDSM world?

I dated a girl back in 2018 that got me into this. That’s the same year that i started photography. Once I moved to New York City in late 2020 is when I started getting into it a lot more. I was born in Queens, New York, but I was raised in Virginia Beach. 

If you could dress anyone for the rest of their career, who would it be?

It would have to be Playboi Carti and the opium crew.

 

What are your top 3 films of all time?

Idk but I’ll name 3. Akira, black mask, and the raid red redemption.

Who’s one band you haven’t seen that you have to see before you die?

OPIUM and a few other artists. I would love to see Marilyn Manson again. I saw him in 2016 with slipknot.

What is your main goal for 2025, big or small?  

To finish my latex series and start doing my look book for my clothing brand when I move back to my hometown at the end of summer. I also wanna do more visuals.

Do you have any messages to the younger generation of black fashion designers coming up?  

When you start a brand keep at it every day. Do not give up no matter what. Also stay single as long as you can. Cut any negative people of your life🖤
